Monday - Friday 10:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Box Office Regular Hours
Monday - Friday 10:30 am - 5:30 pm
Closed Saturday and Sunday unless there is an event or onsale.
On event days, the Box Office will open 2 hours prior to the event.
If Onsale is on Saturday, the Box Office will open at 10:00 am and close at 2:00 pm.
On Saturdays when there is a Rivermen game, the Box Office will open at 12 NOON.
Will Call: Tickets held at will call can be picked up any time during regular box office hours or 2 hours prior to the show. The customer must present a valid form of identification, the credit card used in the transaction or the confirmation number.

No Checks are accepted at the Peoria Civic Center Box Office.
