The Peoria Civic Center is located in the heart of downtown Peoria between Jefferson Street (Arena, Box Office), Kumpf Blvd. (Marquee Parking Lot entrance & Exhibit Hall), Monroe Street (Fulton Parking Lot entrance & Theater), and Fulton Street (Fulton Parking Lot entrance & City Hall).

The Peoria Civic Center is owned by the Peoria Civic Center Authority, a seven member board appointed by the mayor. It is privately managed by SMG, a Philadelphia-based private management company and the world leader in the management of public assembly facilities including stadiums, arenas, theaters and exhibition/convention centers. Box Office hours are Monday-Friday from 10:30 am-5:30 p.m. The Box Office will be closed on Saturdays and Sundays unless there is an event or onsale. On event days, the Box Office will be open 2 hours prior to the event. On Saturdays where there is a Rivermen game, the Box Office will open at 2 pm. For more information call 673-3200.

Yes, we have a 24-Hour Cash machine located outside the new Box Office lobby (off of Jefferson Avenue) and in other various locations throughout the facility.

The Peoria Civic Center has two parking lots, one at Fulton & Monroe Streets and the other at Jefferson & Kumpf.

Generally, doors open one hour prior to show time.

The Peoria Civic Center is happy to provide tickets for your fundraiser or auction – when available.  To request tickets, please provide the request on letterhead and mail to Annette McMorrow at Peoria Civic Center, 201 SW Jefferson Avenue, Peoria, IL  61602. Please include your contact information - name, address and phone number.  You can also fax your request to 309-673-9223 to Annette's attention or email to [email protected].   All ticket donation requests must be received at least three weeks in advance of your event.  We will do our best to provide you with event tickets.

Each exhibit hall is equipped with a built in concession stand. Your event manager can arrange for these to be open during your show.

Our exclusive in-house caterer Centerplate, offers catering services for groups ranging from 10 to 4,000 people.  You can contact them at (309) 680-3300.

At this time, the Civic Center does not offer Public Skate. However, after some Rivermen games, the public is allowed to "Skate with the Rivermen" as long as they provide their own skates. For more information please contact the Rivermen office at (309) 676-1040.

Birthday/anniversary announcements cannot be made during Arena events. Contact the Rivermen at (309) 676-1040 or Bradley Athletics directly at (309) 677-2682 for announcement guidelines pertaining to their events. Most announcements require a few days notice.

The Peoria Civic Center does not supply nor have access to back-stage passes or meet & greet events.  Please contact the artists fan club website for more information.

Smoking is not allowed inside the Peoria Civic Center. Smoking areas are located outside the facility.  Signs are posted to assist you.

Professional cameras and video recorders are not permitted. However, some shows will allow non-professional cameras. Call 673-8900 and check before bringing a camera to the building; if they are not permitted at the show, you will be asked to take it back to your vehicle or it will be confiscated. For most events, at the request of the artists and/or sporting leagues, video recorders and flash photography are not permitted.

Patrons may not bring food into the facility. However, concession stands are located throughout the facility with hot dogs, pizza, nachos, soda and more during scheduled events.
