The Peoria Civic Center is the largest downstate Illinois meeting and events facility, featuring a 12,000 seat Arena, 2200 seat Theater, 110,000 sq. ft. Exhibit Hall, 27,000 sq. ft. Ballroom and 17,000 sq. ft. of additional meeting rooms. The Peoria Civic Center is located in Downtown Peoria, halfway between Chicago, Illinois and St. Louis, Missouri, on the Illinois River, just off 1-74. The downtown meeting district is a short eight-minute drive from the General Wayne A. Downing Peoria International Airport. The district includes four hotels within walking distance of the Peoria Civic Center, restaurants, and night life.
